Last year, ReFarm hosted a Field Day at Stephen’s farm in Co. Kildare, welcoming farmers, funders, and partners to see the ReFarm model in action. The day showcased practical steps being taken across our pilot farms to restore nature, from newly constructed ponds to species-rich grasslands.
It was inspiring to walk the land, hear reflections from attendees, and see early examples of the impact of ReFarm’s support on the ground. Stephen’s commitment to nature highlights the broader potential of our approach, now rolled out across over 80 farms in Ireland.
The visit reinforced the power of collaboration: progressive farmers, forward-thinking funders, and innovative financing models coming together to deliver meaningful outcomes for biodiversity and climate action.
